💵 Fees & Financial Information

1.       How much does it cost to play?
For the 2026-27 season, the monthly club fees are $110 per player per month. Discounts are available based on multiple registered players, team involvement, etc.

2.       Are uniforms included in the fee?
Monthly club fees do not include uniforms. Uniforms are to be purchased separately. For the 2026-27 season, the estimated cost for uniform kits is $150 per player.

3.       Do you offer payment plans?
No. Since club fees are paid monthly, we do not provide any payment plans. Monthly club fees are due by the 10th of every month and are paid via automatic withdrawals through the TeamSnap ONE app.

4.       Is financial assistance available?
We believe every child should have the opportunity to play. Current funds for financial assistance and/or scholarships are limited. Please reach out to us if you have a financial need.

5.       Is there a financial commitment for the entire year?

Yes. By accepting a roster spot with Eagle Mountain Strikers FC, families are committing to the full seasonal year. Our program is structured as a year-round development model, and each player’s spot is planned into our coaching structure, field rentals, league registrations, and overall team budgeting. For flexibility, families may choose to make payments monthly or pay the full seasonal amount upfront. The monthly option allows families to manage their investment in smaller installments, while the full payment option allows those who prefer to make one larger investment at once.

If a player chooses to terminate their commitment before the end of the seasonal year, the family will be responsible for paying 25% of the remaining balance on the contract. This policy helps the club offset fixed expenses already committed (such as coaching, league fees, and field rentals) and allows us the opportunity to find a replacement player to maintain roster stability. We intentionally do not require 100% of the remaining contract balance because we believe that if a player is not happy within our program, we cannot and will not force them to stay unhappy. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and supportive while also protecting the financial stability of the team and club.

6.       What additional fees or costs may come up during the year?
Depending on the team and level of play, additional costs may include:

·       Tournament entry fees (*Avg. $55 per player/per tournament)

·       Indoor rental fees for winter training (*Avg. $120 per player for 4 months of winter facility rental fees)

·       Indoor winter competition sessions (*Avg. $65 per player/per indoor session)

·       Replacement uniform items

·       Team activities or events

Coaches will communicate clearly about any expected additional costs prior to committing them. Typically, additional costs are incurred on a team basis with the team agreeing to the additional cost.

🏃 Player Development

1.       What is your coaching philosophy?
Our philosophy centers on developing confident, skilled players who understand teamwork, sportsmanship, and dedication. We focus on long term growth - not just short term wins.

Our Director/Head Coach, Ciro Sevilla, is a D Licensed coach and he provides ongoing education and training to our other coaches, all of which are also licensed.

3.       How often do teams practice?
Practice schedules vary by age group but at least 2 practices are held each week.

4.       How are teams formed?
Teams are formed based on age, skill level, development needs, and roster availability.

5.       Do players receive equal playing time?
Playing time policies vary by age group and competition level. Younger age groups emphasize development and opportunity, while older competitive teams may base playing time on attendance, effort, and performance. Playing time is not guaranteed but earned.

6.       Does training continue through the winter months?

Yes. Strikers FC rents local school gyms twice a week during the winter months to continue training. Our training is year round and the winter months don’t stop us from continuing our player development!

👥 Guest Players

1.       Does Strikers FC allow guest players?
Yes – but intentionally and in alignment with our development-first philosophy. We occasionally allow guest players to train with a team for evaluation purposes or to experience our training environment. Guest training sessions must be approved by the Director/Head Coach and are typically limited to a short evaluation period. Additionally, guest players may participate in tournaments or select matches when approved and allowed under league rules. However, guest players will only be added to a tournament roster when injuries or absences reduce roster size. Guest players are never brought in to replace healthy, committed rostered players.

2.       What is required for a guest player to participate?
Guest players must receive approval from both their home club and the Director/Head Coach of Strikers FC.

3.       Can Strikers FC players guest play for other teams?
In certain situations, players may guest play for other teams with coach and club approval, provided it does not conflict with Strikers FC commitments.

4.       Are there fees associated with guest playing?
Guest players may be responsible for tournament entry fees, administrative fees, or temporary uniform needs.
